CHE has established ongoing links with the State Library of Western Australia, including one major research and outreach initiative, the Freycinet Exhibition, which launched at the Library in October 2013. The Freycinet Collection includes maps and drawing from the French voyages of exploration and materials from the voyage of Nicolas Baudin 1800–1804 and that of Louis de Freycinet 1817–1820. Through this partnership CHE and the Library have been able to produce outreach programs of arts activities for the community.
