A model for using Visual Art as stimulus for developing the Victorian Curriculum Critical and Creative thinking and Ethical Capabilities.
This professional learning program for Primary School Teachers will:
- Explore the critical and creative thinking strategies developed through the National Gallery of Victoria (NGV) Victorian Primary School Philosothon
- Demonstrate ways of using art to analyse and evaluate ethical issues
- Model a Community of Inquiry
- Present ways of developing a Philosothon at an Art Gallery in your region
- Introduce the 2017 NGV exhibition'Love: Art of Emotion 1400–1800'
- Showcase related art activities

- NGV Victorian Primary School Philosothon
