This is the first in a series of four interdisciplinary seminars on law and emotions at The University of Adelaide in second semester 2018. The aim is to provide a receptive forum for work-in-progress papers addressing aspects of law and the emotions at any time and in any place, irrespective of disciplinary or methodological alignment.
Dr Anna Olijnyk is a Lecturer in the Law School at The University of Adelaide. Her research focuses on the role of courts in relation to the other branches of government: a topic that encompasses elements of constitutional law, administrative law and procedure. She also researches in the related field of government accountability.
To assist discussion, our intention is that papers should normally be available at least a week in advance of each meeting. To be put on the mailing list, please email: Katie Barclay, Department of History – katie.barclay@adelaide.edu.au; Wilfrid Prest, Law School – wilfrid.prest@adelaide.edu.au
